I'm with you on the journey back to yourself. Together, we create a gentle space to heal and transform as I guide you through coaching on the four levels: Emotional, Mental, Behavioral, and Spiritual. Drawing from my expertise in Human Communication and Social Behavioral Sciences, complemented by comprehensive Life Coach training under Gabby Bernstein and Christine Hassler, along with my Dharma Moon's 100-hour Mindfulness Meditation certification, I offer a holistic foundation for my coaching approach.
